We recommend short-term contracts to vacationers, or if you intend to use the toll box only once in a year. Long-term usage is reasonable if you intend to use the toll box several times within a year. Apart from lower service fees you won't have to repeatedly reorder and return the toll box in the course of the year.

I have purchased a long term by mistake. Can I just hand it back on my vacation return and get a refund?

If you’ve ordered the toll device on a wrong contract, the contract can easily be changed if no toll transactions have been invoiced so far.
