in tolltickets: Questions

On Monday I bought a 10-day toll ticket for Hungary. TollTickets charged my bank account the correct amount of 10,93 Euros on Monday. But I received NOTHING in my email, and there is NOTHING in my Invoices or Orders as of Tuesday night! I sent a message to TollTickets using the Contact form late on Monday night about this. It is now Tuesday night and I have nothing. I am driving in Hungary now! Is TollTickets going to pay my fines if I am caught without a Hungarian toll ticket? Should I buy one here in Hungary now? What about the charge to my bank account by TollTickets on Monday? Poor service so far.
