Je viens de recevoir un mail de votre part:
'We kindly advise you that your order has not been dispatched as announced.

We have tried to charge you with the billing amount for the ordered toll products, but
unfortunately, the payment failed. (Billing amount 35,20 EUR)'

La somme en question a bien été débité de mon compte en votre faveur et je ne vois pas la raison de votre demande?
