Buongiorno,

vorrei chiedere per i giorni dal 19.06.2017 al 23.06.2017.
Ho parcheggiato la mia macchina da voi (parcheggio aeroporto Bergamo P2) e ho dovuto ritirare il biglietto e poi anche pagarlo, perché non funzionava sbarra, dopo pagare partiva anche la sbarra, quindi ho pagato due volte, una volta con la mia carta e la seconda con il telepass.

La mia domanda è:
-che cosa devo fare per ricevere dietro i miei soldi?
-mi potrebbe chiamare qualcuno da voi al numero 3348966230 per chiarire la mia situazione?
