in Toll devices: Questions

Thank you for your message.
Did you check if your vehicle has a shielded windscreen? Normally each windscreen has such a small area to enable toll devices to work. Very often this area is marked with small black dots around the middle mirror. Many vehicle manufacturers also describe this area in the vehicle manual.
In case you will get no information about the exact location of the free area you can also hold the device out of the side windows (orientation like it is fixed on the windscreen). This must be done already before you enter the toll station because there is a wake up signal for the device. This signal switches the device from status standby to on. The toll transaction itself is done during passing the toll station. Note: We are not responsible for any accidents if you hold the device out of the window!
