Faulty device?

My toll device has stopped working on occasion - what could be the reason for this? Could it be a faulty battery? I've only had the device 9 months. Can you advise what I should do as I'm planning a return trip at the end of this month.

This way, we can analyse the issue more thoroughly.

In general, most problems occur with shielded windscreens. Please check in your vehicle manual if your car has a shielded windscreen. A good indicator is a not or a bad working mobile navigation system. But these windscreens always have an small free area next to the middle mirror. Some manufacturer prints some black points around this area or the area has a light different colour.

Did you change the car?
