No Order confirmation

I have ordered tolltickets for Austria and Slovenia, but during the paiment proces the loading icon stayed on the screen.
I did not got an order confirmation nor did I got an email and I did not have an open order on my account, BUT the money was transferred!
Is my order now valid or not? I have proof of paiment.
